Droylsden 0-4 Workington

The deadlock was broken on thirty five minutes, Droylsden’s defence failing to clear leaving Symington to easily score.

The goal galvanised the visitors, Wynne forced to save superbly from a close range to deny Lonsdale.

With half time approaching an terrible mistake by Domaine Rouse saw the visitors double their lead.

Scott Ellison intercepting his free kick on the half way line, and running to the edge of the area before superbly finishing over Wynne into the top corner.

Symington had a great chance to make it three just after the interval, but shot straight at Wynne.

On fifty five minutes it was three, Jordan Little firing home from a corner after Wynne had turned a free kick around the post with his fingertips
